This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to data collected by Fidelity Funding Capital, doing business under the Fidelity Funding brand (collectively with their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, “Fidelity Funding,” “Us,” “Our,” or “We”), a provider of business loan products and related services (collectively “Services”).
